Math Classroom |
Students will be expected to work independently, with partners, or groups to discover new math concepts. Work will be required to be shown on daily assignments. Ten Marks will often be used for assignments, practice, and quizzes. Some assignments will need to be completed on Google Classroom. Students will have a math notebook where they will have a list of vocabulary words as reference for studying for quizzes and tests. After a unit test is taken, students will have the option to make corrections to improve their score. This is not an option for quizzes.

Students will have vocabulary words and notes for each unit to use to study for tests. They will have weekly readings in their science books, lesson review worksheets, and experiments completed in class. Each student will need to complete 2 experiments of the weeks per nine weeks grading period. These are experiments that will be posted weekly on Moodle to be completed at home. Extra credit will be earned for doing more than 2 experiments per nine weeks.
